About Us
Dobson & Uzcudun has been established by Jaime Dobson and Daniel Uzcudun, both originating from Argentina, and has been around for more than 25 years.
The company became large with the Rancho Argentinean Grill restaurants and nowadays there are 6 in the city centre.
With the years the company has expanded and now owns, besides the Rancho's, two Mexican restaurants; Matias and Rose's Cantina, an authentic Tapas bar Paso Doble, a Spanish specialties and tapas restaurant Manzano and one Rancho BBQ & Grill restaurant, located in the 'Brugrestaurant' on top of the A4 highway near Schiphol.
